Came for the lunch buffet. There was half of a pepperoni pizza that looked old. My daughter asked if there were going to be any other pizzas places out and was told no. Finally they made a small sausage pizza. We had to get our own drinks, service is horrible. I wasted my time and money coming here today.

Paid for a buffet and there was 3 half eaten and visibly stail pizzas on the deck. Woman at the counter had trouble ringing us up and an elderly lady came from the back and showed her distaste with training the new employee. We asked for some fresh pizza and the elderly woman complained and started trying to tell me my eyes were deceiving me and those old pizzas were fresh. Didn't want to just put fresh pizza on the buffet or make one between the the new people coming in. I thought it was a bit crazy to not want to do her job. Attitude was unprofessional and uninviting. Not sure how places like this stay in business.

Salad bar often needs attention for dine in (lettuce) but the pizza is always so good. When my sister comes to visit it’s where she wants to eat at least once while she’s visiting.

Called in a order to pick up. Little girl was talkin to other people more then me and was all over the place with the order. Got there and they tried to bring and charge me for somebody else's order. The little girl i ordered through acted like she didn't know what was going on. Then get back to hotel and pizza isn't even cut good. Won't go there again when we're in town

We're not quite sure what the food is like because we came in and waited at the counter for about 15 minutes. While two people work there and never acknowledged our existence. My husband said it's time to leave and we left. The buffet was lacking in several ingredients and the building had a slight smell. We're not going to come back.

I look forward to going to Milano's everytime I stay nearby at Blue Hills Ranch! The staff, while busy, is friendly and very nice. The cheese is generous on the pizza and there is a basic salad bar that I love to get to drench in ranch dressing.

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I'm glad I did. Other pizza place in town doesn't deliver so I ordered from Milano's. Medium 2 topping was $11 dollars, then $3 delivery fee (which the driver gets $2 of) suits me fine. I was told that it could take up to 45 minutes to get it because they had a large party going on. Ok, at least they're up front about it. Now the good part: 1. I got my pizza delivered in 20 minutes. 2. It was hot and fresh. 3. The delivery driver knew exactly where I was and was really pleasant and up front about the delivery charge and what he got out of it. He was genuinely surprised and happy when I gave him a tip. There was zero issue about delivering on the Purina property where I was at in my truck. Bottom line: ignore the bs and go enjoy a pie from Milano's! I'll definitely be ordering from here again.
